The apartment building share&#;s a property line with NC State&#;s north campus and is an easy 🚶 walk from all of the academic buildings, Talley Student Union, and Carmichael Gym. Easy 🚶 walk to wolflike 🚍 bus stops. The apartment common area is furnished with a couch, chair, and 📺 tv stand, while the bedroom has a bad, desk, and dresser. The unit is on the 9th floor and faces east, gives beautiful sunrise views over NC Stat&#;s campus and downtown Raleigh. The apartment is located close to the elevators and trash shoot. I have 3 👨 maleroommates who are quiet and generally 🎇clean and keep to themselves, however they are also looking to sublet their apartments during the summer months. Property has study rooms and a gym in the building. I have never had noise issues with any of our neighbors. All utilities are included in rent. Bathroom is shared. A parking place is not included, but one could be rented from the property for around $ per month.
