What’s up! My name is Keshon Payton and I am currently a sophomore in Mechanical Engineering. Valentine Commons is a predominantly student-based housing that is located right off Hillsborough Street. The apartment unit is a standard 4 bed/ 4 bath apartment unit with three other 👨 maleroommates. My room that will be subleased has an attached bathroom, a desk for studying, a queen size mattress and a dresser. The apartment itself is fully furnished with utilitiesincluded. There is a fitness center on the lower level and plenty of study rooms on all floors.
