I won’t be in Raleigh for the summer so I am subleasing my apartment! You will be living with 3 other 👩 girls (will be in and out all summer) and they are so friendly and very easy to get along with! I’m willing to rent for May-July or June- July, whichever works 🏆best for you! A parking spot in our garage is included in this price! You’ll also have your own bedroom and bathroom! Very close to campus and to Raleigh so great for summer classes and summer jobs! Rent is actually but I am willing to pay each month so you only have to pay which is a super competitive rate (especially since you’re getting parking)!!
