I&#;m an NC State student looking to sublease my apartment to a 👩 female student for the summer. My roommate is also looking to lease her room for the same ⌚time frame. I have the room at the end of the hall in a four bedroom apartment with my own private bathroom (see room A in the layout picture). We have not had any maintenance issues with the apartment so far and all of the rooms and common areas are 🎇clean and in good condition. We also have a washer and dryer in unit!
The rent is $/month with everything included (amenities, utilities, etc.). Valentine has a gym, study rooms, and a mini store in the building. It is about a three minute 🚶 walk to NC State&#;s campus. If you are interested in a parking pass, one could likely be added for $/month.
I am flexible on the move in date; I could leave any ⌚time after April 1. Move out date would be at the end of July, when the lease ends.
I have not had any issues with my roommates being loud, un🎇clean, or disrespectful.
