Price negotiable, I am highly motivated to sublease. My bathroom is private so you dont have to leave your bedroom to access the bathroom, which is very nice. Our living area is bigger than most, and we also have a built in pantry. I do not think either of the other two 👨 guys are living in VC full ⌚time over the summer, so you will pretty much have it to yourself unless they decide to drop in. We are on the 9th floor overlooking the courtyard. We have a good view, and very few other apartments can actually see into our windows.
