I am subleasing my apartment for the summer from the beginning of May until the end of July! I have one room and private bathroom available in the 4 bed 4 bath layout. My bedroom and bathroom are fully furnished, with access to a washer/dryer, living room, and kitchen. There is a gym on the bottom floor, free printing, and a study lounge on every floor. I think all of my roommates will be home for the summer as well, so you will have the place to yourself for most of the summer. My room is bedroom C on the floor plan layout. Plus, Valentine Commons is only a 5 minute 🚶 walk to main campus, and Hillsborough Street is right around the corner.
PERK: All utilities are included! (🌊 water,💡electricity, cable, wifi, etc.)
I am studying abroad this summer, so saving the rent 💰money will really help me have the 🏆best experience possible :)
