Hello! I am subleasing a single bedroom and bathroom for Summer for a 👨 male, specifically the months of May, June, and July.
The rent includes utilities and WiFi. I have my own bedroom and bathroom, so you will not have to share a room or the bathroom with anyone else.
My other two roommates are also great and flexible with living preferences and we have not had any issues living together.
We have a living room, kitchen, and washer and dryer in the apartment. The living room and bedrooms are furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and desk chair. The apartment is on the 8th floor, and the elevator takes you directly to the room, right as you 🚶 walk out of the elevator. Valentine Commons is a less than 5 minute 🚶 walk from NC State&#;s campus and a short drive to Research Triangle Park. There are several stores and 🍔 restaurants of interest such as CVS and other places on Hillsborough Street like IHOP, College Beverage, and Zaxby&#;s within a 5 minute 🚶 walk away as well. VC has it&#;s own convenient parking deck (parking costs extra and is available through VC) and there is the Dan Allen parking deck (owned by NC State) next to the building as well. There are many amenities including a -hour gym, 2 lounges on every floor, great WiFi (both for your specific apartment and the whole building), and events every week that often have free🍕 food. The staff are also really nice and helpful.
