Nov 2016: University suites is one of the Nicest places around here for the price, they only complaint that I have is the one maintenance guy who claims that our place always smells severely like marijuana, When me nor my roommates smoke. He's the biggest D*** you'll ever meet. But I won't recommend anyone moving here unless you wanna deal with that d bag. Review from 11/28/16 on Apartment Ratings
Sep 2016: The staff and management here is awesome! Super helpful and it always feels so personal. Any issue you may be having, if there's a way to assist you they will.
Mar 2016: Do not live at University Suites, the new management Horizon is absolutely terrible. They are unprofessional and extremely rude. It appears like they do not think through anything before implementing. Anytime you go to the office it is a complete burden for them to help you with anything. They have limited the visitor parking. They don't give out free food or Tshirts anymore. They also are very poor communicators about new policies and rent. Review from 3/22/16 on Apartment Ratings
Jan 2016: I would definitely recommend living here!!! I lived on campus for my first two years at NC State and chose University Suites for my junior year and at the first moment I could I resigned my lease for senior year. This property has many great amenities I have been able to take advantage of, namely, the bus. I do not have a car but the bus has gotten me to and from class every day, and if the bus is ever in the shop the staff gets a replacement shuttle so we aren't stranded. Its great to have a gym on site just a couple feet from my front door so there isn't ever an excuse not to go!! Also, when it is warm outside, the pool was a great hang out spot for friends to visit, it was nice to relax at the waters edge. Review from 1/28/16 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2015: Honestly this place is horrible. Yeah the clubhouse is nice, but the apartments absolutely suck. They are so poorly insulated that I can hear someone talking in the kitchen (and everything they are saying) when I'm in my bathroom upstairs with the door shut. The room doors automatically lock about 3% of the time you shut them, and the leasing office doesn't open until 10 am so prepare to get locked out of your room in your pajamas when you have a morning class. The fire alarms go off SO easily too. Just about every time we cook. Once, my roommate made a pizza at 4 am (college lol), did not burn it AT ALL, and the fire alarm still went off like 7 times during the night. I made toast and it set the alarm off. Oct 2015: As an NC State student, I lived in on campus housing for three years. At the end of my third year, I knew it was time to move on and look for something off campus. I am well into my second year of living at University Suites at Centennial and I cannot be more pleased with my decision to live there. The townhouse split level style is something very unique and one of the most appealing qualities of living there. Being surrounded by fellow college students is another huge perk. Everyone is always very respectful of each other and very eager to meet people. In addition to friendly residents, you can always expect a smile from the U-Suites staff who do a great job to ensure that residents are living "that #suitelife". Sep 2015: If you're thinking about living here do yourself a favor and reconsider. If you've already singed a lease here, be prepared to get screwed over. Office staff is horrible. not helpful doesn't even begin to describe it. When school ended in May I had to move out to work at my internship. I cleaned my room and tried to do the move out paper work and they wouldn't allow me to do it until July. Between May and July one of my roommates broke into my room (door was locked). When I came back to fill out the move out papers my door was wide open and it was obvious people had been in there. When I informed the office they refused to document what happened. Mar 2015: Usuites is awesome! Everyone is so nice! There is a pool where they throw pool parties, they have a shuttle, and the town houses are super nice! Review from 3/03/15 on Apartment Ratings

Feb 2015: All the staff is really helpful and friendly whenever we have any sort of issue at our apartment. I really love living at U Suites at Centennial! Review from 2/25/15 on Apartment Ratings
Feb 2015: I enjoy living here. I think there are a lot of great amenities. Definetely too much noise on the weekends, and wish there was one more treadmill in the gym. Beer cans and cigarettes on the property. Other than that I am happy. Review from 2/24/15 on Apartment Ratings
Mar 2013: Take into consideration the other reviews when deciding to pick this place. Overall, I really enjoyed living here. The townhomes are great. The walls where I lived at were not paper thin as we had some pretty obnoxiously loud parties at times and you could barely hear the music unless you were a foot away from the house. The neighbors never complained about us having parties because they could never hear us and same goes with them. The clubhouse was renovated, but wasn't really necessary. It was fine to begin with but you know how aesthetics could be the deciding factor. The staff was great only if you befriended them and sucked to their egos to get them to actually do what you needed. Great amenities, close to the major schools in the area, close to downtown. That is the good news. Anonymous review from 3/2/2013 on Apartment Ratings
Feb 2013: This is the 3rd apartment/townhome community I have lived in since I've been in school and I have to say it's by far the best. The best things about this community are the amenities and the staff. Having access to a print lab, gym, media room, and pool table make the place very lively after hours and serves as a great place to meet new people. The staff is always friendly and seem to take good care when there is a problem. The location is central to many of the surrounding cities so finding a job once I graduate should be easy. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to living here again next year as I have just renewed my lease. Anonymous review from 2/18/2013 on Apartment Ratings
Feb 2013: This place is not as good as advertised!! Do yourself a favor and don't get swindled!! Anonymous review from 2/17/2013 on Apartment Ratings
