Subleasing my room in University Suites starting January for spring semester! You get your own bedroom with a bathroom and 🚶 walk-in closet. We have a kitchen and living room, as well as a porch area. The community has a clubhouse with a 🏊 pool, gym, study rooms, game tables, printer, and coffee. Rent is $ a month including utilities, and parking is free. There is also a free🚌 shuttle that goes to main and centennial campus. I have three roommates and we are all good friends with each other, we&#;re all juniors at ncsu. I will be abroad through the end of June so I would prefer to continue the sublease over the summer but still contact me if you are interested for only until the end of the semester.
