I am subleasing my bedroom this summer at Theory Raleigh starting as early as May 1, . The lease runs through July , and I will not be here this summer so I am looking for a subleaser! Theory is brand new student living right off of Hillsborough Street, and it is a super close 🚶 walk to campus! I live in a 4 bedroom apartment, and I have my own bedroom, full bathroom, and 🚶 walk in closet! I will be moving all of my personal things out, so you will be able to bring in anything you want to. I am also not renewing my lease, so you could release for next semester if you wanted to! We have a parking garage, and I will be happy to give you my parking pass free of charge (normally an extra $). I am pretty negotiable on the price for the sublease as well!
