I will be graduating this December and need someone to take over my lease which ends July st . The apartment is 🐕 pet friendly and fully furnished and is more like a townhome with 3 floors. The bedroom comes with its own private bathroom and very large 🚶 walk in closet. My room is on the second floor. My roommates are very friendly and respectful.
The Station is brand new and includes study area, 🏊 pool tables, coffee machine, heated 🏊 pool, 🕶️ tanning bed, gym and sauna. It is about a 7 min drive to campus and there is a wolfline🚍 bus stop nearby. The rent is $ a month plus utilities (around $).
