Hello everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my lease until the end of July. The standard is a great place to live and I live with 3 other 👨 guys, they are all great dudes and will not cause any problems at all. One of them is also looking to sublease, and the other two will be in and out throughout the summer. The rent is well worth it if you look at the amenities the standard has to offer. The 🏊 pool is great for when it is hot outside and it is even open at night too! They have a great study room, where there is also a 🏊 pool table and lots of 📺 tvs to watch games or shows on. They also have an incredible weight room and cardio room if you enjoy working out. They also have four courtyards, one has the 🏊 pool, while the others have tables and chairs to sit at, and they even have 🍔 grills and putting greens in some of them too. Definitely recommend living here and it is right on Hillsborough! Shoot me a message if you have any questions or want to take over the lease!
