I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Stanhope student apartments. Because of recent medical issues, I will be transferring from NCSU beginning this fall. Since these issues happened unexpectedly, I had already signed my lease for the upcoming school year. Now in order for Stanhope to allow me out of my lease, I need to find someone to take over my lease for me. The apartment is conveniently located right at the edge of NCSU campus on Hillsborough street. My other roommates are easy going 👨 guys who are both very dedicated to their schoolwork, so the apartment is usually quiet and not disruptive at all. The room I am looking to sublet has a bathroom and a good sized 🚶 walk-in closet. The kitchen and living room are all fully furnished. If you’re interested, feel free to text me or send me an email.
