I&#;m looking for a 👨 maleroommate to replace me in my apartment.
I live in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse in Gorman Street, Raleigh with 2 other people. You will be sharing your room with a 👨 maleroommate.
A Bed (with frame) and a table fan will also be provided.
The common room is fully furnished with 2 couches, 📺 television and a reading table. The kitchen is also fully furnished with a dining table, ☢ microwave oven, oven, dishwasher. Unit comes with a washer and drier.
The utilities would amount to another $~ which includes 💡electricity, WiFi and water
The location is ideal for commute as it is surrounded by Wolfline🚍 bus stops to the Main campus, Centennial campus and 🍕 food Lion; and GoRaleigh 🚍 bus stops to Downtown.
