Oct 2019: I’ve been living here for going on 6 months and I absolutely love this complex. We live near a beautiful lake with a trail to explore nature while getting some exercise. The staff in the office and the maintenance crew are all extremely polite and very attentive to any questions or concerns you bring to them. The office is always finding ways for residents to get together and fellowship as well as fun ways to take off money for rent with fun activities. Lake Johnson Mews has so much to offer their residents and I am happy to be part of this community. Review from Google

Feb 2019: I've been here for more than 2 years and have had a great experience. The staff is always quick to response to any questions or problems. Maintenance requests are also taken care of quickly. Location is great as I can get anywhere I want in Raleigh in under 20 minutes. There is also a lake nearby with a great trail to run or walk on. Pool area is great during the summertime. Apartments are a nice size with everything I need, including washer/dryer.
Also, you can't beat the affordability, especially considering how expensive some apartments are inside of highway 440. Review from GoogleJan 2019: My fiance and I moved in earlier this month. Courtney was an amazing help and answered all our questions before and after we moved in. One of our main concerns was about finding the right place for our dogs. We ultimately chose LJM, because it's so close to the lake, has plenty of places to eat nearby, and the staff seem really helpful. Some negatives are that the apartments are a little older, so there are drafts from the doors and windows, and the dog park is pretty muddy, so we can't take the dogs there unless we want to give them baths afterward (did I mention they're both close to 100lbs). Positives include the friendliness of the neighbors and the population of dogs (the more the merrier). Overall, we're happy with our decision! I love that the apartment feels homey, unlike the typical newly built apartments in Raleigh. Living right next to the dog park and Lake Johnson trail is very convenient for me and because of that I have gotten to know a lot of other dog owners at the apartment complex. My only complaint would be that some of the appliances could use updating; they’re just a little outdated.

Apr 2017: This place is great. By far the best apartment complex that I've ever lived in. It is on the lake, which is great. Very dog-friendly.
