Our room is a 4 bedroom 4 bath layout. All utilities are are included in the monthly price. The room comes with a fully loaded kitchen that includes ☢ microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, ⛄ fridge and ample storage for 🍕 food. Everything you need to cook is already in the apartment and can be used. The bedroom includes a bed, closet, dresser and a desk. There are cable ports in the rooms to hook up too.The apartment has its own individual wifi so it is very good! There is also a common living area with a 📺 tv already there as well as an 🎮xbox, couch, chair, and coffee table. There are currently 2 other roommates that live in the apartment that will be staying there for the fall. They will be there on and off for the summer and both are very quiet and courteous of your space. Any questions regarding the apartment please let us know. Thank you for your interest!
