There is one bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms. It&#;s in a great neighborhood with free🏊 pool access. I have 3 other 👩 girlroommates who are great. My room is the green room and I share the purple bathroom with 2 of my other roommates. Move-in date is flexible but ideally mid May, and move-out date is July st. So technically the sublease would be for 2.5 months. The house is very 🎇clean and new with all new appliances (washer & dryer, large ⛄ refrigerator, dishwasher). I am the only one of my current roommates who is subleasing this summer, so all common areas will be fully furnished. I would also be willing to leave some of my stuff for the summer if you needed the room to be furnished.
