Hello! I live in a small house on Clark Avenue across the street from Fairmont church. The house is adjacent to our landladys house. She keeps to herself and does not ever bother us; her only caveat is that you do not take up her second parking space in case she needs it. (There is plenty of parking for both tenants and guests, so dont worry.) There are two bedrooms, one is a bit larger than the other, and one bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen is roomy, the ⛄ refrigerator is free, and there is a washer/dryer hookup for your convenience. There is also a nice outside patio area behind the house. Last but not least, the location is absolutely excellent, especially if you are a student at NC State. Monthly rent is $, and water/electric/internet bills rarely amount to more than $ more. My roommate is leaving at the end of February for a job, and I am in need of someone to take his spot. I also am trying to relocate for convenience reasons, as I am currently commuting too far for my new job, but I am more flexible on my move-out date. So, if there are any interested parties out there that are looking for a place to stay through the summer, dont hesitate to call, text, or email me with any questions! Id ❤️love to show the place to you.
(P.S. It is also entirely possible for you to live here through the spring school semester if you so desire. For that, however, you will have to talk to our landlady, as she is currently actively shopping the place to prospective tenants for next school year. So act fast!)
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
