Apr 2019: When I moved to Raleigh in 2016 I wanted a vintage place with charm and style. I thought the WILMONT had much of what I wanted. I have never regretted my choice and now that my staying in the US is over I keep missing my cozy apartment at the WILMONT. Paul Review from Google

Dec 2018: When we sold our house and needed a place to live, we were lucky enough to find an opening at the Wilmont. The authenticity of the historic building and the great location made the Wilmont the perfect place for us. We didn't know Zack, the owner/manager, but we quickly learned that he is wonderful to work with. He is involved in the day to day operations of the building and always there if you need him. Our experience at the Wilmont was A+! Review from Google
Aug 2018: I lived at The Wilmont for two years and I absolutely loved it. The Wilmont is the perfect balance of historic charm and current-day comfort as it was built in the 1920s but renovated in 2009 with modern appliances/countertops and central a/c. The location can't be beat - 2 miles from downtown, walking distance to Hillsborough and NC State campus, close to the interstate AND with easy access to the greenway. Zack, the owner, is extremely attentive and handles maintenance requests quickly and professionally. can't recommend the place enough! Review from Google
Aug 2018: Beautiful building, friendly community, and a safe, central location. Built in 1926 but completely renovated in 2009, the vintage charm of the building is intact without any of the serious drawbacks associated with an aging building. The maintenance is so thorough that I believe the building is getting even better over time. Zack Taylor is the owner and he's the most attentive, no-nonsense landlord I've had. He cares deeply for the comfort of his residents and tends to many maintenance tasks personally. I lived at the Wilmont for 5 years and would recommend it to just about anybody! Review from Google
Jun 2018: I lived at the Wilmont for just over two years and if it weren't for a career change, I would have stayed forever. The apartments are vintage, yet updated, giving the historic building just the right amount of charm. Located in the heart of Raleigh, the quaint building felt like home in no time. The landlord, Zack, could not have been more helpful. From helping me with moving in to quickly addressing any maintenance needs, I never had a problem at my apartment. I would highly recommend the Wilmont to anyone looking for a great living experience with friendly neighbors, a great maintenance staff, and the perfect location in North Carolina's capital. Jun 2018: The Wilmont is the best living situation I've had in Raleigh. It's a beautiful, historic building that's centrally located and extremely well-managed. You honestly couldn't ask for a better landlord. Review from Google
Apr 2018: My husband and I lived at the Wilmont for just over a year, and it was the best renting experience we have had. Apartment and building were well maintained, updated, and historical. Common areas are regularly cleaned and work orders are done promptly. Zach communicates construction, road closures, dates of pest control, but he Location - easy walk to CVS, Cup of Joe. About half a mile to Raleigh Brewing and the Meredith Greenway. Two miles to downtown. Residents - very friendly, and I never had any issues with disrespectful neighbors. Quiet hours were self regulated, people picked up after their dogs, the laundry room was shared in a mindfully respectful manner. (The fact that Zach talks to every tenant and does a thorough vetting process prior to making a lease is likely my favorite part of the community.) The balconies are south Review from Google

Mar 2018: Location is great; close to a lot of fast-food joints and coffee shops. Beautiful interiors; vintage/victorian styled fixtures. Awesome landlord; Zach is available to assist the residents 24/7. Overall, the best apartment that I have ever stayed in! Review from Google
Jan 2018: Beautiful apartments. Ultra modern and close to campus. Walking distance to so many great businesses and restaurants. Review from Google
Oct 2017: Fantastic apartment - from start to finish. Historic feel/charm with modernized kitchen/bath. My husband and I stayed at the Wilmont for over a year, and very much enjoyed it. The location is great, the apartments are very well updated and maintained. Zach, who is the owner and landlord, is very responsive. Whenever you reach out to him with an issue he takes care of it promptly. If it snows overnight, he will be outside shoveling the parking lot the very next morning. The building also tends to build into a very warm community. There raised gardening beds you can rent for the season. The location is great - right on Hillsborough Street near coffee shops, NC State's campus, and biking distance to down town. 10/10 Would live here again. Review from Google
Jun 2017: I was fortunate to live at The Wilmont during my time in Raleigh. The attention to detail and the effort to maintain the buildings original feel was spectacular. The maintenance was very reliable and the general upkeep of the complex was great. I would definitely recommend The Wilmont to anyone wanting to be near downtown while still getting that neighborhood feel. Review from Google
Jan 2017: I lived at the Wilmont for 3 years, and it was an amazing experience. I lived in two different units, the Fitzgerald and the Hemingway. The craftsmanship throughout the building was second to none, and very rare this day in age. Among its many admirable assets were the safe, lively neighborhood, spaciousness in each unit, the proximity to downtown Raleigh, access to the beltline, and friendly neighbors. I would strongly recommend taking up residence at the Wilmont, and its popularity is the reason why vacant units fill up fast. The landlord Zack, and his team were very responsive, courteous, and accommodating. I took on a new position in Washington DC, and if not for that, I would have absolutely stayed at the Wilmont for a long time. Review from Google
