Apartment is furnished with all utilitiesincluded: Washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen (stove/range, ⛄ refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, ☢ microwave & disposal), high speed Internet. The room includes a private bathroom, closet, desk, cabinet, and bed frame.
The apartment complex is located right on Western Blvd and has a 🏊 pool, outdoor 🍔 grill area, a parking garage, game room, study lounge, computer lab with a free printer, extra storage space, a 🕶️ tanning bed, and a gym. Both NC State University&#;s Main Campus and Centennial Campus are less than a 5 minute drive. It is also within 🚶 walking distance of several 🚍 bus stops.
My current roommates are super chill. Apartment is really quiet and is kept really 🎇clean. One of them has a 🎮PS4 and he lets us use it when we ask.
