The available units are rooms B/C which comes with ample space, a single bathroom, and a 🚶 walk-in closet each. The common area is accomodating with enough space for any furniture you have. The kitchen is adequate for any college students&#; needs. The remaining roommate is a solid person and mainly keeps to themselves which I enjoyed. The apartment&#;s location is in a quiet, tucked away area which is always a plus.
The only complaints I have for this apartment are it has that old house smell, the dryer can be a pain with large loads, and the recycling is at the other end of the complex. Overall not a bad experience but due to financial stress, my roommate and I are unable to continue living there for my renewal.
