I am moving out in June and going into a house so I need a subleaser ASAP. This is NC State Student Housing. I live less than two minutes from 3 different shopping centers, minutes from the mall, and I am 2 blocks from the school itself, both campuses. Wifi, cable, lights, and a washer and dryer are included. It&#;s super peaceful where I&#;m located in the apartments and I have a view from my window (pictured) and my bed is a queen size pillowtop mattress so the room is a pretty decent size. My roommates are awesome. One is moving too so you&#;ll be moving into just one roommate. They&#;re both super chill and quiet, usually in and out.
