Feb 2018: I have lived at Campus edge for 3 years now and I love it! Very close to campus and downtown. Updated and spacious apartments and a friendly and helpful staff. would recommend to anyone moving to the Raleigh area. Review from Google
Feb 2018: I have been at Campus Edge for 3 years now and it was the best decision I've ever made! I love being able to live where I work. The company is great to live and work for. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Great place to live one of the better student living options for the area, prices keep going up each year but it is safe and close to everything. right off of i40. Also Cooper (works in the office) is really helpful and funny. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Campus Edge was the most appealing apartment complex for my personal budget, and to this day I have been content living there. The office staff is easy to work with and very accommodating. Maintenance has been extremely attentive and come the day of or next day to fix any issues. Super happy with our decision to stay at Campus Edge! Review from Google
Feb 2018: Out of all the places I looked at living Campus Edge was easily the best. The staff are super nice and maintenance is always fast and efficient. Resigned my lease without question. Review from Google
Nov 2017: I've worked with the Campus Edge team since this past summer. The location is so convenient to centennial campus...short walking distance! They have a ton of great amenities, and there's always treats or food in the office. I have also seen many examples of how the staff there goes above and beyond for residents on a daily basis. Review from Google
Sep 2017: Campus Edge has been great so far. The apartment is spacious and we've had only needed minor fixes. The staff and maintenance have been great and are quick to respond to anything. Need more parking spots though. Review from Google
Aug 2017: I have been a Campus Edge resident for just over a year now and have not been disappointed. If I ever have a problem, Mariah is always happy to help along with the other staff. Parking can be limited during the school year, but I understand the reasoning behind the strict towing. I feel safe in this community and the saline pool is a nice addition. I would highly recommend living here. Review from Google

Jul 2017: No parking for guests ! The parking spots for visitors are always full/occupied and if your guest parks overnight, their vehicle will get towed . It might look silly since that is the case everywhere, but for a large community, there should be more parking spots for visitors. Also regular residents do not have enough parking near their buildings. Have to park in some corner of the community after 9 pm. I have lived here for a year and I am leaving this place for good. Review from Google
Jun 2017: The apartments themselves are okay, but definitely overpriced. There are some relatively minor things (laminate peeling from counters, dingy old carpets in the bedrooms, cabinets that have come off of their hinges) that were a problem when I moved in and haven't since been fixed. The appliances (especially dryer and dishwasher) are pretty awful and really need to be replaced. Maintenance is very slow to respond to requests. As others have said, the biggest problem here though is parking. If you aren't home by 9:30 it's basically guaranteed that you won't be able to find a space anywhere near your apartment, and every time this has happened to me I feel unsafe walking in the poorly lit parking lots back to my apartment. Sometimes every single spot has been taken, so you have to park in a fire lane or handicap space and risk a parking ticket. Yo Review from Google
May 2017: Theres better out there. I will not be resigning my lease. Its too expensive when I can never find a parking space+ have to pay 100 dollars per parking ticket for parking in the handicap spot because there is NEVER enough parking. Amenities are nice, but i feel like its a way to make up for other downfalls. I lived on the ground floor, making it more susceptible for mice and bugs to enter the place which was annoying because my roommates and I always made sure everything was clean. Overall too expensive for what I'm receiving. If price was around 530-560 it would get one more star. Review from 5/6/17 on Google
Mar 2017: Campus edge is decent student housing for NCSU. The location is close to the centennial campus and only a few minutes further to main campus. Renovations of the apartments right before I moved out seemed like a nice upgrade. Management has seen a turn for the better in my 2 years living at Campus Edge. Most recently I have been consistently impressed with the new set of leasing agents and assistants working in the main office. Downfalls of campus edge are definitely internet and parking. I do not fault campus edge for these deficits due to it being out of their control, but it is something to consider before signing a lease. There is simply not enough parking and the spaces that they do have are small. Review from 3/28/17 on Google
Mar 2017: Staff is friendly. I've walked into the office very mad before and they talked to me calmly and didn't let me being angry stop them from trying to help me. However this place is not that great in comparison to surrounding opportunities. They changed the name and renovated recently. Renovations took forever. Huge lack of parking. Wifi comes and goes. In constant fear of friends being towed during the middle of the day if they are over hanging out. Visitor parking stays full so forget that. Just all around you can do better. The rooms them self aren't bad at all. Plenty of room to live, but if I just wanted a roof I could've stayed on campus. Stays noisy (most likely just because of who lives in the room above us). Long story short, as a last resort come here otherwise seek housing elsewhere. Review from 3/19/17 on Google
Jul 2016: I really liked Campus Edge when I moved in August 2015. I chose Campus Edge as a complex specifically because it wasn't owned by Preiss, a company known to be notoriously bad among the NC State community. Unfortunately Preiss bought the complex in Spring 2016 and things have been going downhill since. I will support the apartments in a few ways. The appliances, bedrooms, bathrooms, included furniture, and apartments are nice on their own. It provided very comfortable living and the community was nice and quiet. The all-inclusive nature is also very nice. Review from 7/5/16 on Apartment Ratings
May 2016: Campus Edge has been a great living experience for me so far. I'm very impressed with the quality and affordability of the rooms. There a few maintenance issues, but they are all addressed in a timely manner by the staff. The management is very friendly and helpful in responding to complaints and addressing issues. They also know me by name, which tells me that they pay special attention to all the residents. I hope they continue to make these positive adjustments and improve because I am enjoying living here at the moment and looking forward to the upcoming year. Review from 5/10/16 on Google
Apr 2016: I couldn't ask for a better experience. The apartments are great and for an awesome deal. The management staff is even better though. The manager Brandon will do anything he can to fix any problems you have with your apartment. When we first moved in, there were a couple of problems in the apartment left over from the previous management, but we made a list and called Brandon and he had them all fixed within a few days. All of the staff are personable and they greet you by name when you walk into the office. They are always having dinners for us and handing out free stuff. Overall, I wouldn't want to move anywhere else. The rating is left over from the previous management so ignore the reviews from like 10 months ago. Review from 4/22/16 on Google
Apr 2016: I lived at Campus Edge when they were making the transition from Ivy Chase. The pool was under construction and I lived there over the summer, so that is the reason why I wouldn't give it 5 stars. The apartments were well built and well maintained. I only had to call maintenance once- our apartment was on the bottom floor near the woods and we had a mouse that managed to get inside. Maintenance came quickly and removed it. Another time I had to call the night security after my upstairs neighbors were making too much noise and wouldn't quiet down after being asked. Review from 4/18/16 on Google
Nov 2015: Beyond horrible. I moved in to an apartment with fleas, a horrible smoke smell, and a broken front door to name a few. Management messed up our pest control appointment, so we ended up having to live with fleas for a month. The only thing management was willing to do about the smoke smell was clean the carpets. They replaced our door (someone kicked it in at some point) but the door frame is uneven and the door doesn't hang right so now we have huge gaps in our door (not to mention they forgot to paint the front of it). Additionally, the internet speed is awful. It's so bad that I have to download powerpoints on campus because it will take 20 minutes on their internet speeds from 2000. Sep 2015: I am very pleased with my apartment and my choice of where to stay. Overall it is a very nice apartment. Maintenance took a while to complete my request. The tv reception is bad when it rains and the wifi can be slow when multiple people are on it. Review from 9/28/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Sep 2015: This is my first year at Campus Edge. I highly regret signing my lease. My apartment was not the same layout as the model. Upon move in, the apartment was extremely dirty. It looked like all that had been done was painting the walls. The fan in my bathroom does not work and I have had to put in multiple work orders. The office staff is snoody and not very polite unless you speak with a manager. The Wifi is absolutely horrible. It hardly ever works. The cable is even worse. I may have cable once a week. Campus Edge sends out an email like every week saying that they are "fixing" the problem. I have been here since August and cable is STILL a problem. I will not be living here next year and am currently trying to get out of my lease. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Review from 9/28/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Sep 2014: I am a current resident of Campus Edge and let me tell you--it was the biggest mistake I have ever made. They walk you through the model that is really nice, but the apartments are nothing like that. When I moved in, my apartment was filthy and I did not even have a locking door--that is right--MY FRONT DOOR DID NOT LOCK! The plumbing is awful, half of my outlets do not work, and the list goes on. Management could care less. I had to threaten legal action just to get my front door fixed. Most of my friends in the community have had similar issues as well, so it's not just me. Management is rude and if you get a package, you are in for the worst nightmare of you life. Sep 2014: Management is terrible at Campus Edge Raleigh. One month the staff has even told me that I had already paid my rent when I was precisely coming to the office to pay for it... If you send them complaint email it takes them forever to answer it (when they answer..) The place is well situated and the apartments are nice, it's a shame management is so bad. Review from 9/04/14 on Apartment Ratings
Mar 2014: Rent is wayyyyyy too high! You are more than likely paying more than what your roommates are if they have been living there. It took them a whole month to set up my internet from the start. Their roommate matching is bogus. They wanted to charge 35 a month for a cat and 250 up front when the website said 20 a month. I could go on and on about how awful the service is. STAY AWAY, THERE ARE PLENTY OF QUALITY PLACES TO LIVE IN RALEIGH! Also I was told that I was gonna be let out of my lease, but because I left this review now I have a collection agency calling my phone asking for 2800 dollars. They will screw you. Jun 2013: For the price you can find a much nicer place to live. Carpets worn, walls weren't fully repainted before move in, appliances outdated, cable is absolutely horrible (minimal channels and quality is bad), internet is always slow...the list goes on. Especially if compared to a newer place such as the retreat whereas the rent is comparable in price. Friends warned us about these things before we moved in and we decided against there opinion and fully regretted it. Anonymous review from 6/21/2013 on Google
May 2013: Extremely pleased with service. Our daughter has recently moved in and the staff and the manager Brandon were very accommodating. Our daughter lived at Valentine Commons last year. Yes it was new, and convenient, but it was small, basically the size of dorm, and expensive. When comparing cost based on accommodations Campus Edge is a great deal for the price. The office staff, and maintenance staff put my mind at ease as a parent because they were professional, and courteous, and seemed genuinely concerned about their customers. I would strongly recommend anyone considering an apartment close to NCSU consider Campus Edge. Anonymous review from 5/15/2013 on Google
