I am looking for a summer subleaser in my ground floor 3 bed-3 bath apartment in Campus Edge. All utilities are included, parking is free, and 🐕 pets are allowed! It is also pre-furnished. The two other 👨 guys living there are 🎇clean and quiet and both have summer jobs so they will be on a normal 8 hour schedule. There is a private bath and 🚶 walk in closet! It is close to NCSU and downtown; there is a gym, a 🏊 pool, and a dog park!
