Hi, Loading...

May 2018: I’ve lived here for several months now and I love my apartment and the complex! When I was looking around for somewhere to stay, the friendliness of the office staff was one of the biggest selling points for me. They have continued to be friendly, helpful and accommodating. It’s always easier for people to leave a bad comment than a good one, but, I highly recommend Campus Crossing. Review from Google
May 2018: I moved into Campus Crossings August 2017 and I have really enjoyed my stay. Their upgraded apartments are worth the higher price and they are still cheaper than a lot of other apartment complexes in the area. The maintenance men are always quick to respond to all of my work orders. What I'll miss most is grilling out by the pool. If I weren't graduating I would stay another year. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Don’t even want to leave 1 star. This place is total trash - the apartments are infested with bugs no matter what you do. The staff is useless. There’s violence and drugs everywhere and it’s absolutely not worth the cheapest rent you would pay. It is the worst apartment you could choose - I wish I had never signed a lease to live here. You will regret it if you choose to live here - trust me. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Absolutely trash. Please listen to these reviews and do not ignore them. The place WAS absolutely disgusting when moving in, no effort was made to clean it properly. The place is also INFESTED was roaches. No amount of pest control will fix that. Management is absolutely useless as well. And their responses on here are laughable talking about "we're sorry we'll try to help." No they won't. You may consider it cheap but TRUST me it is not worth it. They do not care. Do not waste your money on this dump. Too bad I HAD to give one star. They deserve ZERO. Review from Google
Jan 2018: THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. Extremely dirty, patches in the walls, bugs! Maintenance staff takes forever to come fix problems (there will be many) in the apartment. The walls are paper thin. Disregard the “model” apartment that they show you. Campus crossing Raleigh = public housing. Will not be renewing my lease. Review from Google
Oct 2017: Everyone reading this, just stay away. It really is not worth the price. I get it, it's cheaper--it's bigger than Valentine or Stanhope or whatever place you left from. But the potential for issues is large--I am not the only one either, as evidenced by those I have talked to and the reviews below. Maybe you won't have an issue, and if that is the case, good for you. However, once you are trapped, you are trapped. They show you a nice model room, feed off of poor students looking for more "freedom" and "space" at a lower price rent, and then stick you into a place that is nothing like you were promised. At least at Valentine, where I stayed previously, the model room was actually what you go--albiet without the nice paintings and mugs. I never had to worry about a single bug. But here? Fleas for me. (Without a single pet, mind you.) --- EDIT Review from Google
Sep 2017: Lovely place to live. The people are great from the office managers to the maintenance men. I'll be sad to leave at the end of the school year. Review from Google
Sep 2017: Campus Crossings was by far the best living situation decision I've made in my last four years at State. Not only was my apartment exactly what I requested, but the cleanliness of the apartment on move in day was incredible. The few minor maintenance issues I've had were taken care of by the leasing office immediately. The staff at the Club House is incredibly inviting and friendly. Every single member of the staff from the maintenance crew to the leasing specialtists, are so willing to help and so understanding. The fact that the staff asks how my day is going or how my weekend went makes me feel so much more at home. Every time my parents come to visit me at school, they honestly look forward to seeing the staff here at Campus Crossings. I would recommend living here to anyone. Review from Google

May 2017: The overall experience is lovely. The staff deserves 5 stars. They are quick to solve any problems or answer any questions. The rooms are well kept up and appliances are new and clean. Parking is better than any other complex and I feel like you get the best bang for your buck here. Review from 5/15/17 on Google
May 2017: I love this place! I feel like is the most bang for your buck! Great front office staff, they review work orders in a very efficient and timely manner. My apartment is really nice, never had a power or water hot or cold outage or a roach problem. Only 1 star off because the bus is sometimes off the schedule but the bus the buses has wifi which is a plus! I feel some of the other reviews are misleading and biased because they have had one or two experiences they weren't fond of and instead of talking to the office they took there anger out on here. May 2017: Campus Crossing may fall into the "you get what you pay for" category, but fortunately, that all inclusive $500 rent goes a long way. The rooms are small, the paint job is pretty sloppy and the groundskeeping is hit or miss. Those are really the biggest complaints I have with the property. Not all of my neighbors are the nicest people but that's not the apartments fault and they're usually pretty good about keeping quiet at night. The office employees were extremely patient and helpful in getting my dog registered as an emotional support animal. I understand a lot of people had a problem with the old management, but I must say that it's fantastic now. Never had a problem with my mail, maintenance requests are usually handled the same day you submit them and technical support is amazing. Review from 5/11/17 on Google
May 2017: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!.....It is the worst place to live. They have roaches and bugs everywhere. They do things very unprofessionally as well as they'll show you the model which is at every apartment complex however when you move into the apartment you will be living in, it's a mess especially if there is someone who is already living there...I strongly do not recommend for anyone to live here not unless they get better management and actually do something about the roaches and bugs. Jan 2017: I haven't lived at this property, but after reading multiple reviews and doing my research on it, I am extremely thankful that I have not. HOWEVER, two years ago, my now fiancé was planning a move to Raleigh. One of her good friends already had a unit here, and her current roommate was moving out. My fiancé was planning on moving into this room, filled out an application and paid the application fee. Being fresh out of High School and not having any established credit, she was required to have a co-signer which her mom was able to do. Unfortunately, she had a medical emergency and was hospitalized before she could sign the lease and move in. Review from 1/2/17 on Google
Nov 2016: I absolutely love this property! The staff is amazing and is very accommodating with anything that I requests that I might have. Maintenance also is efficient and they keep the grounds beautiful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the Raleigh area looking for a good deal and a beautiful community!!! Review from 11/8/16 on Google
May 2016: Roaches. Terrible Service. Bad Community. They care more about the money in their pocket than they do about the people living there. The front office is useless for pretty much anything and maintenance will take at least a week to solve any problem, even minor ones. There was not a single window in my unit that did not black mold on it. I had to call for the exterminator for cockroaches every other month I was living there. Do not live here. You pay a low monthly price for a reason. The Internet is never reliable and didn't even work for the first two months I lived there. Just spend the extra couple bucks a month and live at U-Raleigh or U-Suites or anywhere else. Review from 5/7/16 on Google
Apr 2016: Live anywhere but here. The front office is exactly zero help. It's far away, and it's a sketchy area. Cops are always here investigating something. It's not even cheap. You will get nickel and dimed. Live anywhere else. I don't care where. Review from 4/20/16 on Google
Apr 2016: don't for the love of God live here. don't believe the bs reviews on their website giving 4.7 stars. Residents can't even write them, all those stars come from fake reviewers. The office staff are absolutely useless and no one ever "knows" anything. Wifi is the worst. They lost my rent check and told me I never turned it in to the office (which i hand delivered the day rent was due) their basis for saying they never got it was because no one in the office recognized me (the check was found applied to someone else's account, after the book keeper assured me they were "very careful with everyone's check and they would never lose a rent check". Review from 4/10/16 on Google
Nov 2015: This place is literally the worst. Not only is the rent expensive for living in one bedroom, but the overages are outrageous. The maintenance staff is rude and always acts inconvenienced when they (rarely) show up to do their job. We have requested to get our dryer fixed for 2 months, and they have yet to fix it. On top of that we have to run all of our appliances multiple times for them to work causing more overages. The Internet sucks and it is impossible to get wifi. There have also been 3 gun shots this year. Seriously don't waste your money here!!! There is no way I will be renewing. Review from 11/2/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Oct 2015: I would not recommend living here unless you don't have a choice, and even then I don't know if I would recommend it. I would recommend living at home and commuting if Campus Crossings is you only option. The unit that they show you looks amazing and the price is good. Everything seemed great until my roommates and I moved in. First all, there is a 2 week turnover period for them to fix anything in the apartments and to clean. Our unit was FILTHY. You would walk on the carpet barefoot and the bottoms of your feet would be black. This is not an exaggeration. All of the windows and bathrooms were very dirty as well and basically everything else. Jul 2015: Campus Crossings looks nice from a glance, but wait, take a look closer and you will see landscaping littered with trash and breezeways filled with Saturday night's party fowls, AKA barf and urine, and to make matters worse it's Thursday. But hey, at least the name sounds cool right? And if if you go to State, then there's a shuttle that is sometimes on time, but rarely. As a recent graduate from NCSU, I have had my share of experiences with apartments and leasing agencies in the area, and my experience at Campus Crossings has been the worst. While some of the office staff are superb, including both Jasmine and Bo, others fall short of the skills necessary to work in a professional environment. I was once hung-up on hastily by a front office staff, which is highly unprofessional. Review from 7/28/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Sep 2013: Do not live here especially if you are a graduate student. The apartment was deplorable when I moved in. They do not enforce the lease so I had to deal with a roommate who had 2 children who run around and scream all day long. Anonymous review from 9/2/2013 on Apartment Ratings
Aug 2013: My daughter moved in last week. I had read the negative reviews so was pretty nervous about what we would find. Have been very pleased so far. Her apartment was on second floor as we requested for safety...and was near the clubhouse which was a more visible location. The apartment was clean---freshly painted, smelled fine, good carpet and no bugs yet. No mold. All appliances work well except microwave which has a lot of wear on it (works but not well). Bedroom and bath are spacious. The shuttle is working well---clean buses and on time so far. The fitness room has loads of very nice equipment. Pool area very nice too. Staff was very helpful on move-in day----everything went smoothly. Anonymous review from 8/23/2013 on Apartment Ratings
