It is a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom floorplan. With the room I am subleasing being on the 2nd floor. I current live with 2 chill roommates, but only 1 roommate is now staying next semester. She prefers having a 👩 female take over my lease.

It is in a great location, it is only a min 🚶 walk to Centennial Campus. There is also a Wolf Line Stop in front of the apartment that will take you both to Centennial and Main Campus. You also have a parking spot included, so this makes it a very flexible unit!
This room has a rate of $ a month. This lease is until July .
