The room is in a 4 bed/4 bath flat and is located in Block East (former Spring Place). It is a decently sized room, that includes a private bathroom and 🚶 walk-in closet. The apartment is all 👩 female and is 🐕 pet friendly; there are currently 2 cats living in the unit, however there will only be one upon move-in. There will be 2 new roommates moving into the unit. The roommate that will still be here is a Psychology/English student at UNCG and she will be a Junior/Senior in the fall. The bedroom is located close to the common areas within the unit. Utilities are included in the rent and the unit is located within a 🌉 gated community. The complex has 🚌 shuttles that run to both A&T and UNCG, has 2 🏊 pools, and sand volleyball courts. The unit is located next to the basketball courts, but we have had no issues with noise from it. Looking for someone to sublease from July 1st through July .
