Feb 2017: Lived here for 2 years. Great price. Did corporate rent. Only complaint is that walls are thin. I would get complaints about my music being to loud.. and my neighbor was deaf ... bass too strong I guess. But I could hear his dog bark and the people above me . Nov 2016: I have only been in my apartment for a few days but so far I am very pleased with everything. The staff was so helpful and made this transition easy for me. Initially, there was a mix-up but it was handled promptly & professionally. I am very satisfied so far & would recommend moving here to anyone.

Nov 2016: I am not happy with my apartment, the and management. I've been living here over one month and there's always something wrong with my apartment. Secondly, too much noise in this section and finally, I don't like that they don't believe you.

Sep 2016: I've lived here for a while and I love it! It's quiet and it's in a great location! The staff is friendly and I love how quickly the maintenance staff responds to requests! I also appreciate how clean and well kept the landscaping is. It definitely gives you the feeling of being in a home.

Jul 2016: I lived at Andover Park for almost 4 years (from July 2012 - April 2016). During the last 6 months of living at the community I experienced an apartment break-in, management/maintenance team losing the spare key to my home, and a car break-in.
My advice would be to keep looking if you're in the market for a new apartment home. Amidst the safety concerns, the people are just plain rude. After moving out, I've dealt with unexpected "final charges" as well as extremely poor communication and lack of compassion from the property manager and Blue Ridge Companies team. Review from GoogleMay 2016: When management changed there were some shifts in attitude and managing styles. The light was out by my door for a few months but was repaired. Overall, I enjoy living in the community, but am not too fond of how some staff. However, I love the community and would recommend.

Management and staff are always prompt to answer/respond to needs. I was disappointed in the quality of the new apt as the carpet was red in certain areas and it was assumed that furniture would cover it. Not acceptable. Also in further inspection I notice a terrible paint job including paint on door knobs above base boards etc. 878 is a lot of money to live in a place that seems put together at the last minute.

Sep 2015: I have been in my apartment since July 2013. Any issues or maintenance I have requested has been handled promptly and in a professional manner. I intend to stay here for a long time mainly due to the apartment itself as well as the manager and maintenance staff.

I have a spacious one bedroom that I have fallen in love with. The maintenance is efficient and always gets the job done. The staff is even better. They are very approachable and have always welcomed me with a smile and recognize me, making me feel like more than a dollar sign. If I didn't have to move I would definitely renew my lease here. Two thumbs up for this apartment complex!
