Subleasing my 2bd 2bth apartment at The Venue near LSU. Close to ⛽gas station, stores and 🍔 restaurants everything within a mile radius 🚶 walking distance. Moving to OKC for work after thanksgiving so need to find a sublease who is ready to move in as soon as Dec 1. Apartment is 🐕 pet friendly and there is a service dog in the apartment. Rooms are individually leased. Due to the quick move I will be paying the December rent so it will be free. Rent will not be due until January. Apartment is fully furnished and all utilities minus entergy is included. Will negotiate price
