Take over my lease for spring / or fall , not sublet!
Right now I live at The Oliver and am looking for someone to take over my lease (January - July with the option to renew for the Fall semester if you choose!) I graduate in December and won&#;t need the room anymore when my finals are over. Rent is $, including everything except the 🌊 water (which ranges $7- $ a month) and 💡electricity (about $ a month) Private room, private bath, washer & dryer in unit, full kitchen, living room. Full sized bed in room with chest, bedside table, desk and chair, complex parking lot.
It is a 3 bedroom apartment and I have 2 roommates (both are super nice and friendly, one roommate has an older dog, who literally doesn’t bark, is super sweet, and just lies around. The rooms are also still private, if you aren’t comfortable with 🐕 pets. The apartment is 👨👩 coed so men or women welcome! Both the complex and apartment is very quiet which is great for studying or relaxing! The complex is also one street over from LSU (Burbank Dr), down the street from Winn Dixie, close 🍕 food, around the corner from the neighborborhood Walmart and I&#;ve enjoyed living here.
