Jul 2021: Overall the place is affordable. Maintenance are cool. Leasing agent, discriminates against others like having favorites. Pick and choose who she wants to get on about “outside†objects. If she don’t like you, won’t work with you. If you file a complaint on her do trust that she will do everything in her power to get you to leave. Kept calling me “ma’am†when i am a transmale. Sent papers that she knew I could not adhere to because of other situations and will not accept payments because she wants you to leave. Quick to move people in and out. Since staying here 4 tenants have left because of harassments from her. Pool won’t be open even if it is shown as an amenity for all so when you hot, no swim time. Dec 2018: Wonderful place to live and if you are thinking of a place you can save lots of monies paid for your laundry during your entire stay then latitude 30 is your number 1 choice. At the beginning I had problems walls rain, ceiling leaked, and kitchen cabinets didn’t have shelves put in them! My ac unit leaked water throughout the hall floors and now I’m dealing with the electric goes out a lot not just one apt the whole complex! I’m confused to why this is happening? And also the parking has got rediculous. A lot of people who don’t stay here parks in front and on top that there’s sometime no parking when getting off from work! Getting intouch with Maintenance Pointless bc they don’t come out. Especially if emergency and it’s a weekend you have to wait for week day?! Review from Google

Mar 2018: In my 4 years of living in Baton Rouge, this is by far the best and well kept apartment complex ever. The leasing manager is very understanding, straightforward, and fair! She gets to know everyone on a more persnal level. The premises is very well kept! The maintenance team fixes any issues the DAY the request is put in!! I highly recommend!! I had a few maintenance issues but they came right away to correct them. The property is very old so you can expect some issues to come with it but for the price and amenities offered I feel like this was the best bang for my buck.
