The house is about a 7 minute drive from campus. Two other roommates are already on the lease. They are both graduates from Louisiana Tech University. One will be attending LSU to earn his MBA and the other is planning to attend the Louisiana State Police Academy in Baton Rouge. The house is a good setu for college students or recent graduates at a convenient location and price. Although the lease starts June 1, I am willing to pay rent until someone is able to move in. The new tenant is free to choose a convenient move in date. Call, text, or email for any information.
