Mar 2019: Best living experience I have had SO FAR!! Crazy affordable, Bonnie worked with us when no one else would. My boyfriend and I had so much trouble finding a place to live after an eviction, Bonnie let us explain to her and gave us a chance WITHOUT a crazy high deposit. Pet friendly, you can always find bonnie walking around fixing things because she handles everything! Which is amazing because there is no miscommunication, because you only communicate with her. Very straight forward, never had any trouble getting in contact with her. The only reason I didn't renew is because I was moving out of state. If you need a place to live near LSU, check out the blox! I was fine living here cz all I cared was living some place close to campus but I was really disappointed with the way Bonnie acts illogically. She has been so illogical whenever I had something to talk. And never heard anything about the security deposit from her. My roommate asked her and she gave petty reasons showing the desperation to keep the deposit. Really disappointing. I read other reviews here when I moved out and I was convinced that she was going to steal the deposit. I do not recommend this place unless you do not want your deposit back. The manager Bonnie help me in so many things. She is caring and always happy. She is always cleaning and working hard on the apartments so the place look nice. Even one day my car doesnt start and she help me and resolve my problem. If something happen in the apartment she comes the same day and resolve the problem. Bonnie got me into an apartment immediately and made sure my family had everything we needed and more just because we were so distraught. She let us do a month to month lease while we waited for our home to be remodeled. When we moved, she inspected our apartment and made sure everything was clean. I received my deposit back a few weeks later and highly recommend living there! Quiet complex, friendly neighbors, and excellent manager! My girls always enjoyed playing there and swimming. Dec 2017: I'd like to say I was shocked when I read some of these reviews!! I visit my daughter most holidays and weekends throughout the year ... there are a ton of kids playing basketball , riding Bikes, and hanging around the pool when I come ... I've met Bonnie on three seperate occasions in the past year... one was for my daughter locking her keys inside ... it was a Saturday and Bonnie took time out of her day to come unlock our door !! What place does that ? She was very nice about it ! We were thankful and didn have to wait long !! Another occasions was on Monday morning around 7am.. I watched ms Bonnie picking all of the trash up around the apartments ... I said hello and asked her if she needed some help ! She said with a smile no , but thank you !! I mean I'm not sure if they have other workers on the grounds , but I've never seen a manager p Review from GoogleNov 2017: Leased a apartment here while working in Baton Rouge for 2 years, never paid late, left the place spotless (cleaner than when I moved in) & still didn’t get my deposit back. Bonnie the manager told me it was mailed to my house twice & then after about 60 days blocked my number from calling her. My wife got a e-mail stating my deposit is not being returned by the owners because I didn’t give a 30 day move out notice by mail. I did give a notice but they are liars. Either Bonnie stole the money or the owners are truly crooked. I do plan on filing in small claims court. The grounds are usually filthy and littered with trash. The furniture is mildewed and looks like something your grandmother threw out. Fixtures and broken and rusty. Molding peeling of the side of the stained walls that have cracks everywhere. It's an absolute mess. The landlord Bonnie Lenard is a rude, irresponsible, lazy, depressed, unmotivated con artist who is only there to collect a check, smoke cigarettes, steal your deposit, and blame you for any problem you have there as a tenant. That is..when she is ACTUALLY THERE. You'll find a tattered up sign saying "out of Office" the bulk of the time.

They have no standard of cleanliness so my room-mates left their dog poop all over our balcony, kept 6+ rats in the living room, and a bird. They allowed trash to pile up on the floor. It was gross. Most places I've lived have a standard to keep the apartment up. I reported my apartment multiple times to no avail. Also, The administration is highly unprofessional. They even retuned a check of mine to my room-mates after I moved out. They had changed who you are supposed to make the check out to and instead of calling me about the issue they slid the check under the door with a note. Meaning, people I don't like had access to my account number, routing number, and billing address! The land lady got upset at me when I called her to explain my issues and told me I'm not allowed to move out. HA! Review from GoogleJul 2016: BY FAR THE WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Bonnie is rude and she fake cares about whatever you may talk to her about. she will accuse of breaking things when you tell her something is broken and will have an attitude when asked to fix something. when I moved in my apartment WAS NOT cleaned and there was cat hair and other nasty stains all over the apartments. she isn't professional whatsoever! YOU WILL NOT GET A DEPOSIT BACK! claims she had to hire a cleaning crew to clean when I just recently moved out on Tuesday and someone is scheduled to move in Monday. THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX YOU CAN RENT WITH! I'll never in my life suggest this to anyone, before you sign PLEASE look for something else. it's not what it seems! apartment rooms are small and out dated and barely cleaned nicely(in my situation).
