Aug 2020: BED BUGS EVERYWHERE! Management omitted that fact there was a very recent outbreak in bed bugs. I was eaten alive. Required several rounds of medical treatment and steroids to heal my body. Was there over three years and this just happened 3-4 weeks ago. DO NOT LEASE HERE. ITS ROACH infested as well.
Feb 2019: Called to speak to Theresa about my rent and the lady on the phone said she was no longer there? I just saw her last week,,, so sad,,,,This property changes office staff like they change undergarments. She was our favorite,,, the other lady there is just rude. DONT recommend this place at all anymore. Miss Theresa fought for us so many times worked with us and the other lady there is just a rude person,,, if you guys want to move into a place that has GOOD people running ur home don’t come here TRUST ME. Midd Theresa was amazing wishing her the best wherever she is at.
Jan 2019: My baby girl lives here and I am so thankful for Ms. Theresa!!! She is the sweetest! My baby has lived in other apartments but Theresa makes me feel at peace knowing my daughter is in good Hands!! Since the FIRST day I walked into her office she was very welcoming and made the decision to move my daughter here so easy!!! I believe in giving credit where credit is due and i wanted to thank Theresa and woodcrest for making this momma feel at Peace!! I’ve seen many assistant managers abuse their position but Theresa has brought a new presprective to that title she truly goes above and beyond!! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!!!! Dec 2018: I have been residing here at wood crest since April of 2017. I was searching for a great place that would also have reasonable pricing. Once I was settled in, I was unsure about how things would go. My previous experiences with apartments were not well due to the fact that their maintenance was poor and I wasn’t getting what I was paying for, so I was hoping to have an all around positive upgrade here at Woodcrest. I am downstairs and I absolutely love it here. I have had many neighbors whom I have became friends with, and I have never had any issues with any of them as well as anyone else at this complex. It’s very quiet here and there has never really been any crime since I have gotten here which I enjoy the most. Maintenance has been amazing as well. One day my shower faucet broke off and within an hour of notifying the office, I was co Review from Google
Dec 2018: I’ve lived here since October 2014. It really is a great value and a lot of square footage. The units are a little outdated, but I have seen that they are updating units as people move out. They gave me a new refrigerator when I signed my new lease to help keep me updated. They offered a new stove too, but I declined since my stove works fine. They have a lot more people working maintenance now, so work orders are getting done faster. The biggest problem I’ve had recently is that a lot of tenants are not using leashes on their dogs, and my dog was attacked one day. This isn’t the complex’s fault, but I do wish that leash laws would be enforced more. These tenants need to be reminded that dogs should be tethered at all times rather than using the property as their personal backyard. Review from Google
Dec 2018: Friendly, respectful staff. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Decent affordable apartments with convenient location! Landscaping is very well kept up with. During the summer the two gorgeous pools are always clean and ready for splash fun. Laundry units work great. All my neighbors are either very friendly or very quiet. Overall a good place to live. I’d definitely recommend these apartments. Especially the updated units! Review from Google
Dec 2018: My husband and I are from Dallas, TX and moved into Woodcrest 08/2017, it was our first home since getting married!. I waited a bit to write this review because the owners have changed from last year but now that I've been in the upgraded apartment for about 4 months I'll write my review and update you guys when my lease is up! When we first moved we def got what we paid for. It was easy to make a home except the staff that worked there at that time. The perks when we moved in was that our water/sewage was included in our rent (we don't use a lot of water anyway since it's a waste) but that was about it. With the new owners they started doing upgrades which makes the apartments 10x better to live in, our rent increased but it was worth it, it does not include our water which I miss (we have a 1 bedroom, our first ever bill was of $21, not bad Review from Google
Nov 2018: Was great living here first year in 2017! Great front desk people and explained everything throughly on the lease that we would just pay rent and the pet deposit and the maintenance people are great, but now that they are owned by a different company where they're screwing the residents over with water/sewer bills and then some when they've never explained that we would have to be paying those in the lease when re-signing it back in July of this year. They gave me a post card and asked what it was, since my thought we didn't have to worry about this, but they took the postcard from me and told me to just ignore it. I received another one two months later and asked them again and I told my story from before then they responded that when I re-signed the lease that they would've told me that my boyfriend and I will be paying for water/sewage, lik Review from Google

Oct 2018: Theresa Assistant Manager of Woodcrest Apartments is such an awesome person and truly wonderful to work with, she made it easy to do business with while also wanting me to become a resident of their property. I would truly recommend her and you all's property. She was such a delight and I am so very happy to be moving in. Thank you so very much for such a wonderful experince. Review from Google
Oct 2018: I recently left that place and my grandparents still live there everything was horrible the two girls in the office while I lived there were rude. There are now two NEW girls I spoke with the Hispanic girl and she was very sweet and she also helped my grandparents get a covered parking by their apartment I spoke to her and she was very nice I can’t remeber her name but her office is the one on the left she’s the only Hispanic there.. the other lady that works there Laurie I believe is very rude has no patience she walked my apartment the day I was leaving and was rude to my mother the only reason I’m giving this 5 stars is because of my Grandparents and if you guys need help don’t go to Laurie go to the other girl I wish I could remeber her name I will call up there to ask. Sep 2018: My daughter is in LBK for school, we had some issues come up she went in one Saturday right when they were closing but the lady who was walking out was so gracious enough to go back in with my daughter and help her!! Being a mom far away is not easy especially when things like this come up.. Theresa was her name and my daughter and I are so so thankful that she was able to work with us!!! This property has awesome management who truly care about their residents!!!! Parents I highly recommend this place!! 5 stars!! Review from Google
Jun 2018: The price and the front office staff are probably the only positives about this place. Water shut offs are constant (expect at least one or two shut offs a week), the laundry facilities are disgusting and only one washer properly works so don't expect to use that option if you don't own your own washer and drier. Overall, I wouldn't recommend. Review from Google
May 2018: Put in a work order for them to fix the air a couple of days ago came by looked at it then left haven’t heard from them since Review from Google
Apr 2018: Great experience so far! I love my apartment, and I also love how quiet and safe the community is. The office staff made the moving process very easy! THUMBS UP!!! Review from Google
Jan 2018: Changed the owner without enough notice, and the staff is always promise but without doing anything. Review from Google
Jun 2017: Save yourself!! Worst experience ever! Regret moving here! We've had to submit several work orders due to our air not working right. They tried to tell us there's nothing they could do and they they would come check it out during the hottest part of the day to see just how hot it's getting! That was last week and they still have not been back, even after submitting more work orders! With it being 100+ degrees it gets so hot it's questionable if it's safe for our pets while we go to work. I work retail hours and go into work at different hours and it is IMPOSSIBLE to even dry my hair or get ready for work when it's so hot in our apartment! This is just part of our frustration! We moved in over a holiday weekend and they left our apartment unlocked for us due to us coming from out of state and was told they would leave us a Key in one of the kit Review from Google
Apr 2017: The apartment complex is okay I guess but the thing I hate about it is they constantly shut the water off in the middle of the day with no notice and as a stay at home mom is sucks to not be able to do anything with water for hours. Recently the water has been shutting off at night and boy does it suck to not be able to shower before a long day at work. Review from 4/10/17 on Google
Jul 2016: So far as i can tell Woodcrest is about the nicest most affordable place for a single professional person to live. for the most part everything is very quiet, traffic noise is minimal, the worst I've noticed so far is that i can hear my above floor neighbors stomping but that's pretty standard for multi-story stuff. the mail is convenient, the prices are decent, I like the free gym membership and my utilities are only costly because i insist on fancy internet and keeping my apartment colder than normal, even so my bills are completely reasonable for all the electricity i consume. I like having the tiny patio in front for plants and sunshine, and the property managers are awesome and very helpful! They're my favorite so far! the things that i noticed that could use some improvement are this: i wish there were at least one assigned parking spot Review from Google
Apr 2016: A friend of mine just went there today and told her she needed a contract lease where she currently lives now. Seriously she lives with a friend and they turned her down for not having a contract! Never heard of that before. Review from 4/19/16 on Google
Feb 2016: Had a wonderful experience renting an apartment here. The management is exceptionally good. Especially Rebecca went above and beyond to make sure I had all the info I needed. I called her like a hundred times asking several questions and she answered all of them with a smile. When I went to visit the apartment, I did not have an appointment and it was lunch time but she stopped her lunch to show me arround. I felt a bad about it, but was amazed by the level of customer service she offered. She guided me in every step of the application process which made it easy for me and my friends to rent a 3 bedroom apt. Review from 2/14/16 on Google
Jan 2016: Its a great area. I love the community, but there's a lack of maintenance when you move in. such as, leaking faucets, carpets not being cleaned properly, leaking ceilings, also little odds and ends of things constantly breaking down. such as the thermostat. also, whoever paints the fireplace, spray paints the nice brick surrounding it. A very tacky job. I have been a resident for many years, and the constant changing of staff is very frustrating because most are very unhelpful or have no clue what to do and it seems that nothing is being repaired properly. Review from 1/25/16 on Google
Jul 2015: I hope that they are not full by the time I can get the money to hold a Apartment. The property is Beautiful and the customer service is Awesome. Normally when you have a ton of questions Leasing people rush you off of the phone ,but here they took there time and let me ask them 21 questions. I think they deserve 5 stars because in Lubbock customer service -especially at apartments- SUCKS they know they will have students so they just answer the phone and treat students any kind of way. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service even during the time of year where there is an influx of students calling and in need of a place to stay Review from Google
