Jun 2019: My brother lived here and it was an absolute nightmare for him. There was a shooting here a few months back, the maintenance is terrible and couldn’t fix a simple leak and their solution was to tell him not to take baths and not to lean on the shower wall because the wall was rotted, the walls were paper thin you can hear literally everything your neighbors were doing, there were obvious drug addicts living here, there’s never anyone in the office and they never answer the phone. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Review from Google

I finally moved out of the complex thanks to a job offer in a different city. Then, nearly two months later, I get a call from a collection agency about an unpaid bill with this complex. Turns out they have been sending bill statements to my address at the apartment complex that I had clearly moved out of. Why management thought I would receive that mail is still unclear. They certainly had a phone number they could have called me at and asked for my new address. I was unaware of any loose ends left at Ventura Flats until this collection agency call. Thanks for that final goodbye Ventura!

Apr 2016: I visited Ventura Flats and loved the units, but they didn't have the size i needed so i moved to their sister property Lakeshore. I would recommend this place. Its the same staff for both properties so it was easy to move this lake shore. But i just had to comment on m=how much i love Ventura.

The place is always so clean and the management makes sure we are all a part of the family here.They sometimes have drawings with gift cards and monthly give aways. Great place to live!!!

Mar 2016: I live in a 1 bedroom apartment, and I absolutely love my Apartment. Our complex has it's own onsite laundry room, so I don;t have to go far to do my laundry, and the fitness center is attached, which makes it so much easier to workout while waiting on my laundry to be finished. Can;t wait for the pool to open. The manager is really nice, and extremely friendly, she's always saying hi and seeing how I'm doing. It feel so peaceful here.
