Me and my buddies were going to move into the 3 bed 3 bath for next year until we decided we would no longer be attending Texas Tech. We got the early move in rate, so do you. It&#;s $ a month and you only have to pay additionally for 💡electricity. Everything is included, furniture, appliances, washer and dryer, internet, etc. You will be subleasing a single room out of the 3 and it has it&#;s own bathroom and closet.
