Dec 2018: I absolutely love it here We have been here for 3 years ,it is the first residence my husband and I have been at together on our own and it is wonderful the staff remembers who you are is always so nice considerate and willing to help you with anything you need and they communicate great with you on letting you know about events and the maintenance staff is always on grounds I've never had to wait more than a couple of hours for an issue in my unit to be addressed and fixed We absolute love it here and recommend them to new/young couples and students Review from Google
Dec 2018: I am absolutely pleased with the service I received today. Got a call yesterday that I owed a balance on my account . Had to get copies of my money orders emailed to me from the money order company & it was 100% my fault. I paid my rent but only wrote 1 unit # on it. I am in a 2 bedroom with a unique design that is actually 2 units joined together as 1 large 2bedroom & I only wrote 1 unit number instead of both so all of my money was only applied to the 1 unit but Kirstyn was totally nice & professional about the entire situation & said she would fix it for me. I apologized because it was all my fault. I also had a problem because I didn’t have hot water for 3 days. I am not a complainer but I am a PROCRASTINATOR!! Dec 2018: I have lived there for a while, and I ever have some issues about my packages and even talked with the manager. The manager helped me to search them and the service improved a lot. Jun 2018: Heritage apartment is good place for graduate-undergraduate students to live. They have good inexpensive house rent varies from 500-550 USD per month. They have spacious parking lot, swimming pools and gymnasium facilities for their tenants. Their apartments has one bedroom with attached washroom and a living room. They do not have central AC. So one room can be heated all the time at Summer. They are very professional with their tenants. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Numerous OFF-LEASH HUGE dogs around here and there all of a sudden. I am chased by off-leash dogs. I don’t know this apartment is the worst one in Lubbock or USA. doesn't even deserve the one star Review from Google
Apr 2018: Can’t even keep my dishes in the cabinets because of all the cockroaches they sleep with us they shower with us pest control only puts bait once every 3 months and it hasn’t worked people from other buildings tell me the same thing I’ve had my car window busted out and had stuff stolen my dogs have been attacked by other dogs not on a leash if they have a courtesy officer like they claim no one I’ve talked to has ever seen them only 4 or 5 of the washes and dryers work and barely at that your clothes don’t dry and they still have soap in them in the plus there’s no heat or ac in there so it’s freezing in the winter and hot in the summer they rarely clean it up mail was being stolen out of the mail boxes for about two months they did nothing but tell people to file a police report the doors that they ripped off or broke were never Review from Google
Nov 2017: If I could give no stars, I would. The worst place to live at. I would HIGHLY recommend finding a place else where. The cheap rent may seem good at first but you have to pay the price with a bunch of headache. Such as unfriendly front desk staff, they could care less about your problems. Bug problems, the gym shouldnt even be considered a gym its terrible. When i moved out i made sure my place was spotless yet they still charged me extra. Once I complained about big bee hives on the side of the building where I pass by everyday. After 2 week of it still being there I called again and they told me they were busy and I should use a different route to walk! I have had many many bad experiences in the time i lived there. Nov 2017: The Heritage apartments are an amazing place to live. One great reason why is because our apt managers here. Those ladies really help out and make living needs a lot simpler and much easier. Also, last but not least our maintenance men are always quick to repair anything that needs repair. Oh, we have a lot of gifts giving away for special occasions and its always a lot of free food give always. You cant beat this. I've lived other places in Lubbock. The maintenance is very good here......and Jerry the maint. guy is very quick to do any repairs I have! The office people have always been very friendly and eager to help. I have 2 more years at Tech and plan to stay at the Heritage until I graduate. My little sister plans to go to Tech and she will be moving to the heritage too! Also when I left I cleaned my place thoroughly and paid all fees. 6months later I had a collector sicked on me to collect on fees I had already payed.

Also, the walls are cement so its difficult to hang things and easy to hear your neighbors. Maintenance is awesome and I've never seen a bug!

Parking spots are way too close so you'll have plenty of scratches and dents from other cars, they never enforce towing either so finding parking is difficult towards the night especially on TTU game days. workout room smells like bleach and not to mention that about 90% of the workout equipment doesn't work. pool is filthy and there is animal crap all over the yards. Laundry room is always dirty and the dryers pretty much always leave your clothes still damp. the entire building is just really old so you'll come across a lot of problems. would avoid this place and pay more for a better complex.

However, when it's winter prepare to heat the apartment as you would have it suite you. Your electricity bills are paid by you so you basically pay for what you use. Overly, it is a good place to leave and the best of all, it's just opposite the TTU and really affordable. I must add I lived there and haven't received my moveout bills if any yet. That notwithstanding, the maintenance were quite responsive and there when I needed them. While I anticipate my moveout bills, if any - I had everything intact, are not what my deposit can't handle or outrageous, I would advise a prospective student and non-students alike to chose to live at this property.

If you are looking for a cheap place to live, this is it.Mar 2014: I have been there for four years. The only reason why I`m still there is that I`m lazy to move out. Heritage apartment is the worst I live in even though it`s very close to school. It is not worth the rent I pay. The carpet is worn out, the paint is disgusting, the cabinets in the kitchen are very very old, I have to be careful when I clean them since the wood that they are made by dust and in general these apartment are smelly . I pay for electricity a very big amount since the behind neighbor shares me the boiler even though the leasing office do not admit that. Above of all it`s very noisy since it`s close to the street and more than this the people who work at the leasing office are very rude. I think I will move out very soon because I can`t afford it anymore. DO NOT COME TO HERITAGE APARTMENTS.

Always smelling the neighbors smoke, absolutely no central ac/heat in east or central apartments with one window unit for two rooms. meaning one of your rooms is always hot in the summer and frigid in the winter.

Problems include roaches, bed bugs, and can hear noise of neighbors. Not to mention all of the bird noise and poop everywhere. Laundry room is awefull! Also they charged all tenants for internet once it was installed. So much for free internet.
