Sep 2019: Been living here since my first semester at Tech. really like it so far. Very convenient place for a student because it’s a short walk to campus. Recommend it if you’re a student. Also Megan at the front office never fails to help me out with any issue i face. Recommend signing the lease with her cause she’ll take care of you. Review from Google

Jul 2019: We’ve been living here for a few years and on move out they charge us a carpet fee even though they remodeled to wood floors. no security, so expect your car to be broken into. While I was away on military travel, my family had to deal with the refrigerator breaking down, a bed bug outbreak, and mold in the apartment. The maintenance people take days to arrive. They had my mail for months and decided to give it to us three months after the card already reset. Don’t move here! Review from Google

Jun 2019: These apartments are so nasty & dirty. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy living in such nasty conditions. They have a little unit in the wall like motel rooms have & it doesn’t get warm or cool enough EVER !!! I was locked in & out of my apartments several times. They wanted to charge me a lock out fee to come at 7pm & let me into my apartment when it wasn’t even my fault I was locked out. My apartment had 2 front doors it was meant for roommates & had French doors in the middle so when both locks got jammed we were locked in or locked out. The pools are nasty. The washers & dryers are broken 99% of the time. The odor outside the apartments is so nasty you gag walking from your car to your door. There was a massive hole under our kitchen sink & mice were coming through. We killed a total of almost 30 mice in that nasty infested apartment. Maintenance & apartment staff is so lazy ! * The bathroom ceiling caving in multiple times. It was leaky since we moved in, so we notified management. It took three months for someone to come out, they told us nothing was wrong and the upstairs bathroom was flooding. It wasn't. A few months later a few feet of ceiling collapsed under the weight of water from a leaky pipe.
* Three heater cores that burned out within a day of use. We stopped using the heater and carried space heaters with us.
* A broken exterior light that took over 5 months to replace. Considering two shootings have happened within 500 feet of my door since I've lived here, I value my security light.
* Construction upstairs over several months. Our door was frequently blocked by lumber and temporary forms. It's a good thing we didn't need to get anything into our apartment bigger than a bag of groceries Review from Google

I won't talk about how awful the people living there were since it's not something you can always change. Our apartment was in the east complex, and the amount of bugs and roaches everywhere was disgusting. No matter how much I cleaned or kept things clean, they were always there. We got our own bug spray but because other people lived there who may not have been as clean, and the buildings were completely infested, there was no saving it. When we moved away, we had to throw away a lot of things because they were crawling and infested with bugs - our microwave, rice cooker, even small electronics like our echo dot. We had our car keyed(like what's the point), bikes stolen(with good locks too), half the laundry facilities didn't work, people were fighting and screaming till 2am on weekdays Review from GoogleMar 2019: Highly recommended! I lived there for about a year. The cost is too much for the quality. Yes it is close to school but not worth it. I lived toward the back of the apartment. And they probably deny this but the floor below was rented out on a weekly bases so I crazy downstairs neighbors.
