Jun 2019: Usually I don't write review to a business, but this is different. A few weeks ago my brother's car got hit by a contractor hired by the Sagewood Apartment. They wrote a check directly to the auto body shop without asking if we wanted made it make it out to the auto body shop or to us. Usually we have no issue with that but the auto shop wasn't as friendly as they should with their customer service and even got into an argument with the customer (which is Us) over how we wanted our car to be done. We went back and request if Sagewood apartment to rewrite the check to us so we can go to another location to get our car fix. Rewriting a check is totally doable because I am a business owner myself and I've done it plenty of times before. But they're not willing to take that extra step to help us out and now we can't really going back to the that auto shop after an argument. Love Sagewood Apartment but I would have to give them 1-star due to the way they handle this issue, especially we as tenant would love to stay here longer Review from Google

Sep 2018: I’ve lived at Sagewood for 2 years and I can honestly say I’m sad to be leaving. The maintence is awesome and typically on top of things. Anytime I’ve had issues they’ve fixed them immediately or found a way to accommodate me until they could fix the issue. The office ladies are usually really nice and respectful. The cleaning policy for moving out is a little too much but I understand why they want everything perfect before the next tenant moves in. Overall a really good option. The following week, a promotion was posted showing a rate of $565. I spoke with the leasing agent and was told the promotion WAS VALID for the 750 sq. ft. apartment. After paying $50 and submitting my application, I went by the office. I was then shown a 540 sq. ft. apartment. I was upset and asked for my money back but was not given that option. I was told I could be given the larger apartment at the lower rate. I reluctantly agreed. After some thought, I decided I did not want to live in the complex after feeling misled and losing money. When I called the following day, I spoke with the manager Tori and she was not polite at all. After she raised her voice at me, I will admit my tone of voice was not very kind. Oct 2017: I have lived in the community for nearly 10 years. Although I have seen changes, they always seem to be for the best. Review from GoogleFeb 2017: We love living here at Sagewood Apartments! The staff and maintenance are very helpful and always make sure everything is 100% satisfactory! We feel very safe here as our neighbors are very friendly and quiet. Our apartment is very modern and new, smoke-free, and fresh, and of course we enjoy the very affordable price! In the summer, we enjoy the pool and excellent air conditioning! We would definitely recommend making Sagewood Apartments your new home; we are definitely renewing our contract!

The staff is so helpful, and we haven't had any major issues since we moved in, and the maintenance team is always very helpful and quick when any problems do arise. It's a nice place to live for a great price, plus with free wi-fi, cable, and a gym membership, you really can't go wrong. :)
