My roommate is a cool 👨 guy who will graduate in May or August (). Therefore, looking for a 👨 guy to sublease my apartment.
The complex has an amazing 🏊 pool, gym, volleyball court, and just a few minutes from Rawls and just next to a 🚍 bus station. So, it is a pretty sweet spot. Forgot to mention, my apartment is on the "🏊 pool" side. So the view that you get every morning is just amazing. It is on the third floor!
