Jul 2019: Do not rent from here, they will make up bogus reasons to take your money and wont give back security deposit. THEY ARE A JOKE AND DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU Review from Google
Jun 2019: I lived here for two years in a 1-bedroom while I completed my MA. Overall, I really enjoyed my home in Kent. The apartment was very spacious, and having a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the apartment was very nice. It was great to have a carport, especially with the snow Kent gets. I loved my patio and had a lovely view. The complex was pretty quiet and I never had issues with noise. Staff was always helpful and professional in all interactions I had with them. It's also right on the bus line, which is a plus. As far as negatives, the rent did increase while I was there, which is pretty standard for apartments. I did feel like it was steep after the increase, but comparable considering other options in the area. I wish guest parking was better; the locations are pretty inconvenient and there aren't enough spots. It'd be great to have a guest pass, or the ability to obtain one for when you have visitors Review from Google

May 2019: Been living here for a few months short of 2 years. This place is tearable. The place is falling apart and it really doesn't seem like the owners or management care. Our rent keeps going up while everything around us is crumbling. Review from Google

Mar 2019: Management is a joke, no one is friendly or nice, and all they want out of you is your money. This is BY FAR the worst apartment complex you could pick in the Kent area. Save yourself the headache of dealing with an unprofessional property manager, and condescending, horrible staff. Like I said, they don’t care about anything other than making money for themselves and will do anything to get it. Would rate a 0/5 if I could.
Jan 2019: Management sucks and the apartments are typically falling apart. The only thing nice about it is that this is one of the few complexes in Kent that doesn't charge per bedroom. However, I wouldn't count on the parking lot ever being plowed or salted. Review from Google
Jan 2019: I got no words to say how terrible is the management , They won't return ur security deposit after you move out. No ethics Review from Google

Nov 2018: I have no words to say terrible is the management. The only care for ur money no ethics Review from Google
Nov 2018: Worst management . They wont give u back ur security deposit when move out. They will fine u with some stupid reason even if it's not ur fault. Review from Google
Jul 2018: It's the oldest and dirtiest apartment that I have seen. don't live here. Review from Google
Jun 2018: The aprtments are very spacious and affordably priced. Most of the apartments have 2 bathrooms which is a huge plus! The appliances could be better and more up to date, but they arent bad. Parking can be a nightmare, especially if you try and have guests over. Review from Google
Feb 2018: They are ok, pretty welk kept up outside except for snow removal is very slow and hard to find a parking spot. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Let me just say I'm very excited to move out in May. Nobody had told us before moving in that the apartments weren't smoke free and the whole place smells like an ashtray, even months later. When we moved in we had to clean nicotine drips off of all the walls, and now that our bathroom fan is broken and they still haven't fixed it (after several service requests) nicotine drips have respawned all over the bathroom and drip down on you in the shower from the ceiling. There are cigarette burn marks all over the carpet and this apartment still reeks even after countless cleaning/candles/etc. Also, now that it's winter, it's becoming clear how cold this place gets. It's always freezing even with the heat set to 80° on the thermostats. We paid extra for an 'updated' apartment and it is most certainly not updated. Everything is old except the dish Review from Google
Jul 2017: I lived here in a two bedroom, one bath standard apartment for about a year for school. I wasn't expecting much and upon moving in, some things were out of sorts. Pieces of carpet were loose, lights had trouble turning on, and the screen for was rather flimsy. However, compared to other apartments around Kent, you get a lot of space for the price. I enjoyed living here for the time that I did. I didn't have any loud neighbors, was allowed to have a pet, loved having a dishwasher and a washer and dryer, and liked the overall calmness of the area. Maintenance was prompt and always arrived the day of submitting a work order and management was helpful with concerns that I clearly communicated. Also, the swimming pool is really nice. Apr 2017: Renter beware, they promise these are updated apartments but they definitely are not. Everything is out of the 70's and the over charge for these pieces of garbage 680 dollars a month for a 1 bedroom. They try to sell these saying you only have to pay electric, water, and sewage but then add on a cable and internet bill. The electric is really expensive due to the cracks in the doors and the garbage windows that let cold and hot in. The air conditioning and the heat are a hotel style machine and always stays on. I noticed that the windows and air conditioner/heater in the laundry building are brand new. Its funny they only care when their money is on the line. Companies like this should be sued for all they are worth. Taking advantage of innocent students that do not know better. To top it off, if any neighbor smokes you can smell the li Review from Google
Jan 2017: I have lived in a single unit here for three years. It has been good overall; I have encountered only minor maintenance issues that were all eventually addressed. However, last week everyone on my street had a note on their door stating that our leases will not be renewed and we must move due to pending renovations. When I contacted the leasing office the same day in an attempt to lease another unit that is not slated for renovation I was told that I could move into a similar unit three months after my current lease expires. This is far from optimal because I would have to find somewhere else to live for those three months and move twice. The other alternate I was given was to move into a much smaller, sister unit on a neighboring property and pay the same exact rent every month. In conclusion, I'm getting screwed over, even as a loyal tenant Review from Google
