Hi, Loading...

Jul 2019: Looks to much like 4 seasons hotel before they updated it on Feb. 8th thr 10th 2019. But, I 💘 the company. There tech support I do give 5 stars though. They acted like family when they came and took care of the issues I was having... Review from Google
Jun 2019: I lived in pebblebrook for three years. Because of relocation I had to move. This is the best apartment I lived in this area. First, very safe and quiet community. Most of the tenants I met here are students but the nights and weekends are very quiet. Second, the community infrastructure are very good. Almost brand-new apartments, with pool and gyms. Clubhouse provides good Starbuck coffee. Very comfortable. Third, location is good. Walking distance to Walmart and other stores. Easy to commute to KSU campus. Last but not least, the leasing office managers and maintenance crew are very nice and helpful. Thank you to all of you. Review from Google
Jun 2019: Lived here for almost five years, and I would say that pebblebrook is definitely the best in Kent, OH. The staff members in the leasing office are kind and helpful, you can always count on them if you have questions. The maintenance team is quick and professional. In addition, Pebblebrook has a very good location! It is next to bus stop, Gamestop, Dollartree, and the Walmart is just across the street! Such location was extremely helpful when I was renewing my driver's licence since I could not drive at that time. Enjoy the beautiful seasons in a quiet neighborhood :) Review from Google
Mar 2019: I lived for 5 years in this complex. Management deteriorated terribly for the time I was there. Front office wasn’t helpful and even threatened to kick me out of my apartment over a $100 dispute. I left the apartment clean when I moved out, and they found many reasons to not give my deposit back. The fairly new apartments and very nice maintence staff were the good things about living there. But if you want someone to treat you with respect and proficiency, take your money somewhere else.
Feb 2019: If you want a quiet and comfortable environment, please do not live on the second floor. You will know everything about the life of your neighbors upstairs. Review from Google
Feb 2019: If you consider moving here, know that you will never see any issue get resolved. Had issues when moved into apartment the maintenance or servicemen never worked to resolve. They would always act like they were going to do something, but never followed up. I would highly recommend you consider looking for other complex’s in the area and save yourself the headache. Nov 2018: Some dude just got turned into Swiss cheese last night outside the apartment. So I think this place is low key the attempted murder capital of Kent Ohio Review from Google
Oct 2018: There is no hot water in the third week in my apartment even though the heating tank was repaired two times. When I call the office about leaking water and bills, the phone got hang up by a guy. Review from Google

Apr 2018: After more than two years of living here I can say that Pebblebrook is a quiet place (it depends on your neighbors though), safe, and clean. It has large apartments with updated appliances and enough parking space. Maintenance employees are friendly and act quickly. It has very good location (close to campus, walking distant to walmart and dollar tree, available public transportation). Moreover, you get a nice complimentary bag that contain the most essential things you need on your first days at your new apartment such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, mugs, some chocolate + free pizza coupon. It was a really nice gesture. Cons: 1) it can be relatively an expensive place, especially when you choose the short term lease (no exceptions can be made to old residents who had a long term lease before, and no lease discount/offer i Review from Google
Feb 2018: I like the management with their understanding and their maintenance is pretty fast and fulfill the needs. Review from Google
Dec 2017: I am a stripper and I am from India. They told me I stink because I cook bad foods and I am an immoral ingrate. There is no caste system here and I will not tolerate this racism. I do do these things for fun or relaxation I do them so my son can go to the college and become a animal barber. He will have his own business be a respected citizen. I do not smoke their drugs and use the smelly soap washes. I use baking soda and cleanse my body with a a brush. I do not stink. My food does not stink and I wash my clothes with the clean water machines. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Friendly staff, good prices and nice area. After 3 years the only complaint I have is that upstair neighbors have hard wood floors and can be loud at times. Maintenance is super friendly and repair issues right away. Great for college students who don't want to be stuck around parties 24/7 and want a nice quiet place. Review from Google
Nov 2017: Great place to live, peaceful, clean, very good location. Staff is very attentive. Abdul and Tyler are great, always there to help out. would recommend to everyone. Review from Google
Sep 2017: Lived here for a few months now and everyone that works here has been exceptionally friendly and nice to work with. Maintenance is speedy and the units are very well maintained. I really can't complain about the property at all for what the cost is. Especially when you see how much counter and cabinet space there is in the kitchen. It is really thoughtful that they have little pet stations with plastic bags provided to clean up after your dogs - the only thing issue being a lot of people are irresponsible and do not pick up after their pets, but maybe they feel entitled not to (no fault of the property or its owners). Review from 9/14/17 on Google
Aug 2017: Office staff is extremely amazing. Always accommodating/professional and very personable! Melissa was always there to help for any questions we had. Very spacious apartments. I'd say you get what you pay for when it comes to a monthly rental bill. Also very safe area. I would recommend living on the 3rd floor. We lived on the first and could hear every single footstep and it was noisy. But maybe that is just first floor living and some may be okay with that. Review from 8/3/17 on Google
May 2017: I do really enjoy living here. The only downside is living by the basketball court and volleyball court. The children are pretty loud and boisterous at times. Sometimes it's disturbing when you're trying to have quiet time. Review from 5/24/17 on Google
Apr 2017: I am a fairly new resident here at Pebblebrook Apartments. I must say after working in the industry for a number of years and typically only living within my companies communities I have never felt more at home! From day one and my initial tour with Tyler to the application process (driving Melissa and Abdul crazy) it was so incredibly simple and enjoyable. It is refreshing to watch such a strong team work together to make a community stand out as they do with Pebblebrook. Review from 4/20/17 on Google
Apr 2017: Pebblebrook apartments are great for graduate students and young/small families. (See end of review and photo for cost of bills) PROS: quiet, no wild undergrads, clean, close to campus, right next to small shopping center, fantastic and responsive maintenance staff, very nice office people, super reasonable pricing, safe, large apartments. CONS: the most frustrating thing to me is that the office refuses to accept packages. As students, it's hard to be home to receive packages, and it's difficult to coordinate with the shipper for them to leave your package at your door, because even if they do leave your package, they have to be able to get into the building somehow because it's only accessible by tenants with a key.
