Looking for someone to take over my lease that is current until August of . My roomate is a PhD student in ecology at Kent State Univeristy. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are all shared spaces. Bedrooms are private and the available bedroom is rather large (essentially 2 rooms in one). The house is a split level duplex and we are renting the second floor. Rent is $a month split with the roommate (so $. a month per person). ⛽gas and 💡electric are also paid by the tenants and with all of this plus internet, monthly bills have been approximately $. There is off street parking and a 2 car garage which one side is shared between the 2 tenants upstairs. 5 minute 🚶 walk to downtown Kent and a minute 🚶 walk to Cunningham Hall on the far side of campus.
