I need someone to sublease my room only in my apartment from June 1st to the end of July. Parking is free right outside of the apartment. 🚶 walking distance from downtown and Kent State University. My roommate is super sweet and very kept to herself. She won&#;t be home a lot due to a job. Utilities are not included but only come to around $ a month. I am willing to help pay for utilities if need be.
