Hi all! I’m looking to sublease my apartment for the summer! It’s a 5 minute 🚶 walk downtown, and min 🚶 walk to campus. I’ve lived here for 2 & 1/2 years and ❤️love it. It’s also 🐕 pet friendly! The landlords are super friendly and easy to work with! They just installed a brand new ceiling in my room 3 months ago. I have one 👩 femaleroommate, and my room is the larger one of the two. She’s also looking to sublease so if you’re looking for 2 bedrooms, that’s also an option, but not mandatory. The only utilities to pay are cable and 💡electric, averaging about $/month.
