I am moving in early aug and need to sublease my room. i had a dog and they are going to replace my carpet, due to it being the older flooring. you can have a 🐕 pet but it raises the rent. i have the end room so it has a bigger bathroom and a slightly bigger room then my other roommates. if you want photos you can email me or go onto the Campus Pointe website. the price listed includes utilities.
