👨 guys I am subleasing this room because I am finally done with 🌉 gatech and leaving Atlanta for the next step in my life. I am looking for a respectable, 🎇clean leaser that is going to fill my place in this 4 bedroom apartment. We&#;re all graduate students and working professionals in this apartment so no parties or loud noises in general.
The apartment is pretty big and 🎇clean for what&#;s available in the area for the price. The apartment of course has a laundry washer dryer unit. Each room is very spacious and comes with a built in work desk, queen size bed (mattress and frame are provided), your own personal bathroom with a shower/tub.
Perks of this apartment from my perspective are the following:
- Utilities are included in the rent
- High-speed internet included in the rent (never really had any problems with it since everyone in the apartment is streaming /7 and we never had any slow downs at any point since we moved in 9 months ago)
- Maintenance is quick and very responsive to any problem you might have.
- This is relatively 🎇clean apartment, my roommates and I try to take care of the place and maintain it well all the ⌚time by 🎇cleaning it consistently.
- The location of this apartment couldn&#;t be any more convenient. Its literally 5 minutes away from all exits of I-/ north and south. You&#;re less than 5 minutes away form midtown and less than from downtown.
- Finally, you get a grand view of IKEA /7 as you can see it literally from the every single window in the apartment! its across the street! haha
