Hello all! I&#;m looking for a subleaser for my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom (-A) in a 2 bedroom apartment (👩 females only) at Square on 5th ASAP.
Dates: August th, to July st, . (But I can do flexible dates ie. Aug- Dec, Aug-May, etc.)
Rent: The original rent is $/month, but I&#;m willing to lower that to $/month and cover the other fees! I also have a parking pass for purchase if you are interested.
What&#;s Included: Internet, 📺 tv, trash disposal, and water/sewage is included in the rent, but 💡electricity is paid separately (but they cover the first $ of the bills per month). Apartment includes washer, dryer, full kitchen, balcony, 🚶 walk-in closets, and personal bathroom.
Square on 5th is in Tech Square and has a trolley/Tech Square Express stop right outside, MARTA midtown station min 🚶 walk, surrounded by 🍔 restaurants, TSRB, Amazon Locker, Barnes & Noble, etc.
