Sep 2019: Amazing place to live, best experience yet! How can you beat living above Barcelona Wine Bar and Bar Taco AND having the beltline for a backyard? Jun 2019: I took a tour of North Highland Steel earlier this week. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the assistant manager, Vanessa, and she was fabulous! She was kind, welcoming, energetic, and took her time showing me around three different units. 10/10 for friendly staff and location. Review from Google
Jun 2019: If you like this area, I definitely recommend this community! Living here certainly isn't for everyone. Be sure to take into account outside noise levels from bars for certain units and the policy of 1 guest pass per apartment but management was very helpful and really worked with me upon my move out. In general especially if you go to the office, they will work with you on any issues you may have. They're always striving to make this community even better and have lots of events too! Oct 2018: Horrible checkout experience when you move out. They still have my deposit and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone from the office about an erroneous charge on my account. I moved away from Atlanta months ago and am still unfortunately wasting time and energy on this. Review from Google

Oct 2015: Great location, newly renovated units (granite, dark hard wood floors, the works!) and Perennial is a great property management company. Lots of local perks from living here and fun property activities. The neighborhood has amazing food, shopping and is the safest neighborhood in Atlanta. Highland Steel Lofts have been my home since the beginning of the year and it's all about the location, location, location. The gym has new Life Fitness equipment and a full rack of free weights.T he lofts are well insulated so you do have some privacy. And dog friendly? I would say about 75% of the residents have a dog.
