I am a s 👩 female starting a job with the CDC on July 1 and am looking for a place to land in Atlanta once I move across the country from Washington State. I have two well-behaved dogs (lab-mixes) and a cat (references available, including from my current landlord).
My preference is a home, but the 🐕 pets and I have lived in apartments successfully before. Id prefer a place by myself but would be open to a roommate situation with other respectful adults as well. I currently live with a ❤️lovely woman and we keep a 🎇clean, comfortable shared space.
I am looking for somewhere to stay while I find a more permanent place, but would be open to staying somewhere for either 3, 6, or 9 mos. If the situation is an appropriate fit for us both, I may be willing to sign a longer lease.
I have excellent credit and rental history. Im an introvert who prefers books and Netflix and will likely work from home occasionally.
My move-in date is moderately flexible if you have something you believe will fit.
Thank you kindly,
Amanda
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
